Why AI will not kill SaaS?

When you use a popular software service like a CRM, HR, Finance, or Project Management tool, what you are getting in addition to the software is: 1

  1. A large pool of professionals who are very productive using this tool. 2
  2. A shared language. When you refer to a feature, everyone is on the same page about what it does, what the limitations are, etc.
  3. Training resources and specialized training organizations.
  4. An easy way to hire and upskill team members.
  5. Organizations that are experts in implementing, maintaining, and customizing the software.

Software is a very small part of the software service.
